1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AurexisLabs you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
AurexisLabs is a research and education platform for crypto markets: multi-horizon discovery scans, rankings, news, and a paper (demo) trading sandbox. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment advisor.
3. No investment advice
All signals, scores, charts, and demo results are informational only. Crypto markets are volatile. You alone are responsible for any real-world trading decisions and losses.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 (or the higher age required where you live).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate law, or threaten security.
- You may delete your account from the mobile apps or by contacting support.
5. Plans & payments
Paid plans (trial upgrades, professional, annual, etc.) unlock research features according to the catalog shown at purchase time. Billing may be completed on the website and/or via platform store billing when offered. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.
6. Demo trading
Demo / paper balances and PnL are simulated. They do not represent real money, real exchange execution, or guaranteed future performance.
7. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering of proprietary models beyond normal use of the product.
- No automated scraping that degrades the service or bypasses rate limits / anti-bot controls.
- No resale of access without a written partner/agent agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Software, branding, scan methodologies, and site content are owned by AurexisLabs or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal or internal research.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurexisLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses. Aggregate liability related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or USD 50 if none).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
