Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026 · Applies to aurexislab.com web Labs, and official mobile apps when publicly released.
1. Who we are
AurexisLabs (“we”, “us”) provides crypto market research tools (Discovery, Super Discovery, demo paper trading, market charts, news). Contact: support@aurexislab.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password hash (we do not store plain passwords), plan/subscription status, referral codes.
- Usage data: product interactions (e.g. scans, demo trades, checkouts), approximate device channel (web / iOS / Android), IP-derived geo for fraud/routing (not precise GPS tracking).
- Technical data: session tokens, security logs (rate limits, login attempts), app version / user-agent.
- Attribution (ads & growth): UTM parameters, click IDs (e.g. gclid, fbclid), landing page, document referrer, and first-touch campaign tags when you arrive from an ad or shared link. Stored on your account when you register so we can measure acquisition — not sold as standalone profiles.
- Optional: agent/referral profile fields if you apply as a partner agent.
3. How we use data
- Authenticate you and keep a secure session (1 web + 1 mobile slot for non-admin users).
- Provide research scans, demo sandbox, plans, and support.
- Send transactional email (verification, password reset, onboarding tips you opt into).
- Protect the service (anti-bot, abuse prevention, billing fraud checks).
- Improve product analytics in aggregate (first-party).
- Measure and optimize advertising and growth campaigns (sign-up, first Discovery, checkout, purchase) using first-party conversion logs and — where you consent and where configured — advertising partners such as Meta and Google.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), and consent where required (optional marketing email; non-essential marketing cookies/pixels in regions that require consent).
5. Cookies & similar technologies
- Essential: login session, security, language preference — required to run Labs.
- Analytics (optional): first-party product usage metrics to improve the product.
- Marketing (optional): when you accept marketing cookies, we may load Meta Pixel and/or Google tags (Analytics / Ads) to measure campaigns and support retargeting of our own ads. You can change choices anytime via the “Cookies” control on the site.
- We do not operate third-party ad networks on-site as a publisher; marketing tags are for our own acquisition measurement.
6. Advertising partners
When marketing consent is granted (and/or for certain server-side conversion events needed to measure paid acquisition), limited data may be processed by:
- Meta Platforms (Pixel / Conversions API) — campaign measurement and optimization.
- Google (Google Analytics / Google Ads tags, if configured) — measurement and conversion tracking.
Those providers process data under their own policies. You can also use browser controls, OS ad settings, and industry opt-outs where available. Server-side conversion events use hashed identifiers where applicable (e.g. hashed email for Meta CAPI) and are used only for measurement of our campaigns.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with processors that host email, payments (e.g. crypto/fiat processors), infrastructure, or advertising measurement partners above — only as needed to run and grow the service. We may disclose data if required by law.
8. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Attribution and conversion logs are retained for a limited period for analytics and fraud/compliance. After account deletion we remove or anonymize personal identifiers within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal/security/billing compliance.
9. Security
HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords, session controls, and server access restrictions. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.
10. Your rights
- Access / correct account profile data via the app or web labs.
- Delete your account in the mobile apps (Account → Delete account) or by emailing support@aurexislab.com.
- Withdraw marketing cookie consent via the on-site Cookies control (does not affect essential session cookies).
- Request export or further privacy questions at the same support address.
11. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age.
12. International users
Servers may process data outside your country. By using the service you understand transfers may occur subject to appropriate safeguards. Cookie consent choices apply especially for users in the EEA/UK and similar regimes.
13. Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps use the same account system as the website. Tokens are stored in platform secure storage (Keychain / EncryptedSharedPreferences). Local notification schedules (if enabled) run on-device. App store purchases are processed by Apple/Google under their terms.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
