Tools only help when the journey is clear. Here is a customer-centered workflow for stock research inside a multi-asset lab environment — written as steps a busy person can finish.
Step 1 — Choose the market lane
Select stocks deliberately. Do not mix crypto demo habits into equity sizing without thinking. Each asset class has its own session personality and MTF stack.
Step 2 — Run the cascade: W1 → D1 → H8 → H4
Confirm Weekly bias, Daily structure, then refine on H8/H4. If higher timeframes conflict, stop early. Stopping early is a successful research outcome.
Step 3 — Rank, don’t romance
If several names look fine, rank by clarity of invalidation and liquidity — not by how exciting the story feels. Excitement is a weak sorting key.
Step 4 — Journal and size
Write thesis, invalidation, and max loss. Only then consider Demo practice or live decisions elsewhere. The journal is the product you keep when markets change.
Step 5 — Review weekly
What worked? What did news force you to abandon? Which names deserve to stay on the watchlist? Continuous improvement beats a single brilliant call.
